Full pipeline: NGS library prep, hybridization capture reagents, multiplex PCR, customized panels and reagents.
BCP2000 Panel covers over 1900 genes related to solid tumors, supporting targeted drug therapy MSI、 Chemotherapy, TMB analysis, etc.

A pan cancer large panel usually contains hundreds of genes or more, covering 1-3M genomic regions. Compared to a single cancer type panel, a large panel can cover more gene regions. Suitable for panoramic screening and testing scenarios of test samples.
Homgen ® BCP2000 Panel refers to the latest guidelines from NCCN, FDA, NMPA, and disease databases such as CLINVAR and COSMIC; The entire coding region of over 500 genes including BRAF, EGFR, BRCA1/2, HLA typing related genes, common chemotherapy loci such as CYP2C9 and MTHFR polymorphisms, 50+MSI loci including classic BAT-25, BAT-26, D5S346, 50+intron regions including ALK, ROS1, NTRK1/2/3, 1p19q/individual recognition SNP loci, involving over 1900 genes in the~2.6M region.
Based on liquid-phase hybridization capture and second-generation sequencing technology, a single experiment can detect various mutation information, including point mutations, insertions/deletions, amplifications, copy number variations, microsatellite instability, and tumor mutation burden, in samples such as solid tumor tissue and blood cfDNA. This enables guidance on chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy for cancer patients.
